This policy is in place to cover the costs of materials and the dedicated time we invest in crafting your unique piece.
We do understand that accidents can happen, and if you damage an item, we offer the option to have it fixed for a fee. The cost for repair will be determined upon consultation and evaluation of the damages. Please note the customer will be responsible for the shipping and handling expenses to return the item to our shop for fixing.
